Albemarle Police are trying to find a man who's accused of trying to sexually assault a woman at a Commonwealth Drive business. Police say the incident happened at around 9:30 p.m. Friday while the woman was alone at a business in the 2200-block of Commonwealth Drive. The alleged victim called authorities after suffering minor injuries. Police say the woman described her assailant as an African-American male who's 6' feet tall, and wore blue jeans and a blue shirt. Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has formally accepted the Republican nomination for Governor but he probably won't know who his ticket-mates are until Saturday evening.
