The Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail is almost full, and that's something that needs to be considered moving forward. That's according to Charlottesville Commonwealth's Attorney Dave Chapman (pictured), who says the current jail has reached capacity and there will be a need going forward as long as our population continues to grow:
