The Charlottesville schools are working on many renovations. The city's Mike Mollica says fans of the Charlottesville High School football program will see improved features after the fall season. They include new bleachers and better lighting for the facility that's named for onetime CHS Coach Tommy Theodose (pictured right). Some renovations are taking place now at other schools. Burnley-Moran Elementary is getting a facelift.
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has formally accepted the Republican nomination for Governor but he probably won't know who his ticket-mates are until Saturday evening.
