ELECTION RESULTS: Hurt, Cantor, And Goodlatte Hold On To Seats



Freshman Congressman Robert Hurt will return to Capitol Hill.  Fifth District voters have given the Pittsylvania County Republican a second term.  Hurt fended off challenges from Fauquier Democrat John Douglass and Independent Green hopeful Ken Hildebrandt.  Many of Hurt's Republican colleagues have also won new terms, including House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Henrico County and 11-term Roanoke Congressman Bob Goodlatte.
