A man wanted for failing to appear in court in Charlottesville was arrested Monday night in Culpeper County. 29-year-old Albert J. Burns (pictured) of Culpeper was tracked down by a K-9 after he ran from the parking lot of the Culpeper Walmart. Culpeper County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Emmel and his dog Kato found Burns hiding in a bush. Burns is charged with contempt of court in Charlottesville, Culpeper and Fauquier.
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has formally accepted the Republican nomination for Governor but he probably won't know who his ticket-mates are until Saturday evening.
