Virginia's Health Commissioner says the numbers of new H1N1 cases are gradually decreasing, as more doses of a vaccine become available. Dr. Karen Remley (pictured) welcomes the recent trends, including the numbers of young Virginians who have been vaccinated. Remley acknowledges some doctors at the Centers for Disease Control fear there might be a third spike of H1N1. Remley says many of the world's top flu experts are split over the likelihood of a third wave of H1N1.
