Businesses now have a toolkit on how to prepare for a flu pandemic. State Health Commissioner Karen Remley says businesses should conduct exercises using influenza response plans. Remley encourages employees to get the seasonal flu vaccination now and an H1N1 shot when it becomes available. More information on the toolkit can be found at vdh.virginia.gov.
