Unopened fan mail to Taylor Swift found in the trash
Hundreds of letters addressed to Taylor Swift - including many unopened letters - were found in a Nashville dumpster over the weekend.
WKRN-TV in Nashville reports Kylee Francescan was disposing of her own recyclable items when she discovered the mail addressed to Swift.
The letters, which had return addresses from all over the world, were addressed to "Taylor Swift Entertainment" at a P.O. Box in strip mail. The strip mall's owner told WKRN that Swift does receive boxes of fan mail at that location and that one of her representatives occasionally picks it up.
Francescan boxed up the letters but says she didn't open any. She said she thought Swift would want to know.
A representative with Swift's management team says the only explanation would be that "a small batch of mail that was supposed to be delivered to Taylor was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center."
