Update: Police Identify Survivor Of Fauquier Plane Collision



The pilot who survived a Monday afternoon mid-air collision between two small planes in Fauquier County has been identified.   State Police say 70-year-old Thomas Proven of Broad Run is still hospitalized after the collision killed the pilot and passenger of another plane.   The identities of those who died have not been released.   The crash occurred in a secluded section of Sumerduck in Fauquier County at around 4 p.m. Monday.   The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
