Matt Wieters doubled home Adam Jones in the bottom of the 10th to lift the Orioles over the Phillies, 5-4.  Steve Tolleson drilled a three-run homer for Baltimore, which won two in-a-row to take the series.  Darren O'Day improved to 4-and-0 out of the bullpen.  Hunter Pence knocked in a pair of runs for Philadelphia, which has lost eight-of-nine.  Joe Savery suffered the loss in relief.
