Local, state and federal authorities have kicked off the multi-media campaign to find Morgan Harrington's killer. The effort involves two previously-released enhanced composite sketches of the suspect. The campaign includes a public service announcement by Metallica lead singer James Hetfield appealing to the public to come forward with information. The sketches are featured on bus shelters in Washington, D.C. and on digital billboards in Richmond, Roanoke, D.C. and 23 other states along the East Coast. The campaign also includes Facebook, Twitter and YouTube along with a website dedicated to the Harrington case.
