City Police Investigate Weekend Stabbing



Charlottesville Police are investigating a weekend stabbing incident.   Police say a man told officers he was stabbed in a leg at around 3 a.m. Saturday in the 300-block of East Main Street. The victim has told police he was stabbed while he was trying to break up a fight on the Downtown Mall that involved several men. Police say the stab wound is NOT a life-threatening injury.
