SBE Will Not Investigate D.C. Nonprofit Group



The State Board of Elections will not conduct a criminal probe into a Washington, D.C. nonprofit group.   The Romney campaign called for an investigation into the Voter Participation Center sending out registration forms to deceased residents, children and pets.  The center blamed it on a faulty mailing list.  The chair of the State Board of Elections has determined there will be no criminal investigation.
