Suspect Charged With Breaking Into Water Street Residence

Charlottesville Police have charged a man with breaking into a residence in the downtown area.  21-year-old Michael Drew Marr has been charged with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony.  Police say they found Marr in a residence on West Water Street at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday (Aug. 19).
