Nelson Man Sentenced For Murder



A Nelson County murder defendant has been given a 25 year prison sentence. 39-year-old Francis Panal Quiros pleaded guilty to second-degree murder following the December 14, 2011 killing of 41-year-old Amy Holden of Shipman.  Quiros was sentenced in the Nelson County Circuit Court.
