You can add UVA's presidential election predictions to a list of things that were affected by Hurricane Sandy. Professor Larry Sabato (pictured) says the contest between President Obama and Republican Mitt Romney remains too close to call. The Center for Politics is forecasting that Democrats will maintain their control of the U.S. Senate, and Democrat Tim Kaine will prevail over Republican George Allen in Virginia. Sabato also expects that Republicans will keep control of the House. He will offer an official set of predictions on Monday.
