Bus Driver Convicted Of Involuntary Manslaughter



The driver of a Sky Express bus which crashed last year along I-95 killing four people is guilty of involuntary manslaughter.  A Caroline County judge made that ruling in the case of Kin Yiu Cheung, who has admitted to police that he fell asleep behind the wheel early on the morning of May 31st, 2011.  His bus, which was heading from Greensboro, North Carolina to New York City, left the roadway and flipped over.  Attorneys for Cheung say the wreck, which also injured more than 50 people, was just an accident and that no crime was committed.
