Both lanes of westbound I-64 at mile-marker 134 in Louisa County were reopened shortly before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (Nov. 13) following a tractor-trailer accident. The westbound side of the interstate was closed for about five hours. There was a big delay as traffic was diverted to Route 250 at Zion Crossroads. Detoured traffic rejoined I-64 at Black Cat Road. As a result, there was also a big backup on 250.
