Woman Hit By Work Van On East Rio Road



Police say an elderly female was hit by a work van near the intersection of Rio Road and Putt-Putt Lane Tuesday afternoon. She was taken to UVA with life-threatening injuries. Police are still investigating and at this point the driver of the van has not been charged.
