Area Resident Wants Virgorous Fight For Homeless Services



An Albemarle resident has urged city officials to keep demanding affordable housing, and services for the homeless. Nancy Carpenter (pictured) says she recently encountered a homeless man in the downtown area.   
Several members of City Council have told Carpenter they are taking the problem seriously.
