Texting While Driving Laws Might Change



State laws concerning texting while driving could be changing.  The Virginia State Crime Commission will consider proposed legislation to make the laws tougher.   The commission will consider amending the law to make it clear texting while behind the wheel could be considered reckless driving.  It will also consider creating an enhanced penalty for traffic violations which are committed while texting.
