East Coast Rapist Pleads Guilty In Loudoun County



The so-called East Coast Rapist has pleaded guilty to another charge, this time in Loudoun County.   41-year-old Aaron Thomas admitted raping a woman in Leesburg 11 years ago.

Loudoun prosecutor Jim Plowman:


Thomas is also pleading guilty to similar charges in Prince William County.  He's accused of other sexual assaults in Maryland, Connecticut and Rhode Island dating back to the 1990s.
