UVA Grad Is New Virginia Bar President



The next president of the Virginia Bar Association is a UVA Law graduate.   Kevin Martingayle of Virginia Beach is a native of Richmond and a member of the UVA Law School class of 1991.  Martingayle will take over the top spot next June.
