Greene Man Dies In Single-Vehicle Crash



A Stanardsville man has become our region's latest highway fatality. State Police say Charles J. Marshall died in a single-vehicle accident on Route 622 in Greene County. Spokeswoman Corinne Geller says the 34-year-old Marshall swerved off the road and his car hit a tree at around 1:10 a.m. Friday. She says Marshall was not using his seat belt and he died at the scene after being ejected from his vehicle.
