Albemarle Superintendent Unveils $155 Million Request



Albemarle Superintendent Pam Moran has handed the County School Board a more than $155 million funding request.  Moran says the proposed budget exceeds the available revenue by more than $1.4 million.  She's proposing a 2% boost in teacher pay following a modest increase in the current academic year:



Moran and the County School Board will have their first budget work session Thursday night.
