Charlottesville Earns Win Number One Over Albemarle 28-13

Friday night in WINA's HS Football Game of the Week the Charlottesville Black Knights earned their first win of the season with an impressive 28-13 win over Albemarle at Tommy Theodos stadium. The Black Knights dominated the first half jumping out to a 21-0 lead. After the break Albemarle forced a critical turnover and converted on it to score to bring them within 21-7 early in the third quarter. Albemarle would score again midway through the second half, but just couldn't make the plays down the stretch to get any closer than 28-13.
