Louisa Dominates Monticello 40-14

The Louisa Lions controlled the ground game on offense and the defensive side of the ball as they defeated the Monticello Mustangs 40-14. The Lions pounded away for 5 touchdowns on the ground, while holding Monticello to 55 yards of total offense. Louisa (6-3, 4-2 Jefferson District) hosts Fluvanna (3-6, 2-4 Jefferson District) next Friday night, Fluvanna is coming off an 33-24 victory over Charlottesville. The Mustangs (3-6, 2-4 Jefferson District) host William Monroe (0-9, 0-6 Jefferson District) next Friday night, William Monroe is coming off an 49-26 loss to Goochland.
